Really good staff makes a difference
The staff really left a mark on our stay. They were attentive and eager to help. Breakfast options were plentiful, and the kitchen setup in our suite was perfect for a family.
While parking was convenient, the $20 daily fee felt on the high side.

We encountered several issues . The pool heater was broken, and we only learned about it after speaking with the maintenance staff. Housekeeping only came every other day, and we had to vacuum our own room, frustrating. We found ants in the room.

Our experience was good from the moment we checked in, would stay here again. Everything was great, amicable staff, wonderful location right by the Lookouts stadium and the aquarium and so many attractions. Our room was not only impressive, but also spotless with kitchenette and fireplace in the living area and a pullout couch. The service was all in all friendly.
